The Corona-Warn-App is the best-known corona app. It is published by the German Federal Government. This free app also allows its users to upload their current reports with test results from CENTOGENE and conveniently have them at hand.
The primary function of the free luca App is encrypted data transmission to health authorities: it is often used for contact tracing. You can also use the app to upload and manage your current reports with test results from CENTOGENE.
Coronavirus Tests by CENTOGENE – Questions & Answers

At this time there is no need to book an appointment for the majority of our tests. Please simply visit our Test Centers during opening hours.
However, in some cases an appointment is required due to limited capacity and high demand. You will be automatically asked to choose an available time slot when choosing a test that requires a booking in the Corona Test Portal.
You can order your CentoKit-19™ comfortably on the Corona Test Portal or on Amazon and have it delivered to your door with free shipping. Shipping is only available within Germany. The CentoKit-19™ can be ordered on Amazon or the Corona Test Portal until Friday, 31.12.2021. The latest possible date for sample pick-up and transport to the laboratory is Friday, 11.02.2022. Please schedule your sample pick-up accordingly and in time.
You need an email address for registration. Go to https://corona.centogene.com/ and click on “Create Account.” Enter your email address and choose a password. You will then receive a confirmation email: Go to your email inbox and click on the link in the email. You will automatically be redirected to the Corona Test Portal homepage. You can then log in with your email address and password and can complete your profile.

The time until you receive your test result depends on the test you booked. You can find detailed information about this on the website of the respective Test Center. As soon as your test result is available you will receive an email with the link to the Corona Test Portal. Log in with your email address and password in order to view your test result. The report with your test result is available in German and English. It can be downloaded and printed.
Please obtain up-to-date information from the relevant authorities, e.g. health offices, embassies or your travel or airline company.
Important: Please be aware when planning your trip that the validity of your test result starts at the time the sample is taken.
When booking online through corona.centogene.com you can pay by credit card, PayPal, or EC card.
At the Test Centers you can pay by credit card or EC card, and some Test Centers also accept cash payment. You will find further details on each Test Center’s website, via https://www.centogene.com/covid-19/test-centers.
